Computer Buddies

I have received Computer Equipment from the Department of Social Services and/or South Carolina Foster Parents Association on this date.  I understand that the computer will be equipped with educational software to enhance the learning experiences of children in my home.  The computer is the property of the South Carolina Foster Parents Association.  Neither the Department of Social Services nor the South Carolina Foster Parents Association is responsible for repairing or otherwise maintaining this equipment.  I agree to return the computer to the Department of Social Services, acting as the agent of the South Carolina Foster Parents Association, when I am no longer a licensed foster parent, when no children have been placed in my home for a period of three months, or for other reasons which are at the discretion of the Department of Social Services and/or South Carolina Foster Parents Association.
