There are two copies of this file:
The 7x5 file gives you five separate, seven day weeks and then gives monthly
totals.
The monthly file has all data on one sheet.
Both files will total the attendance for the day and the week and the month.

Use this file for your programs income and expenses

This file is a little hard to explain it is easier to show
you what to do but I will try:
First we work with the column on the right side of the page (Column F).
In the Income area you type the category of the income (F8 to F17).
In the Expense area you type the category of the expense (F23 to F256).
Second we work with the columns on the left side of the page (Columns B and C).
In these columns we type the exact name of the incomes and expenses (B8 to B256)
and the amount in the amount column (C8 to C256)
It does not matter what order the entries are in, but the names MUST be exactly
as they were entered
in the category side. If the amounts and the totals do not match a message
will appear saying
"Not In Balance"
In cell F5 you can enter the name of your program.
